Biography

Brad Wilkin is a well-built forward, whose preferred position is flanker.

Wilkin is originally from New South Wales, hailing from the small town of Wellington, yet carved put a name for himself as a gun back rower for Shute Shield side Sydney University.

Wilkin represented the Junior Wallabies at the 2015 U20 World Championships, registering one appearance.

Following his Shute Shield form, Wilkin was recruited by the NSW Waratahs in 2017 and earned six appearances for the side over two seasons.

Wilkin joined the Rebels for the 2019 season and played in the side's first five games after coming off an ACL injury sustained the year prior. In Round 6 against the Sharks, Wilkin re-ruptured his ACL and faces 12 months of rehabilitation.

The exciting young flanker will look to bounce back strongly in 2020.
