Biography

Born in Tauranga, New Zealand, Faulkner moved to Australia at the age of 12 with his family. 

After attending Marist College in Canberra, the loosehead prop went on to represent Australia Under-20's at the inaugural IRB Junior World Cup. 

Having been contracted with the Waratahs development side, Faulkner was signed by the Western Force and made his debut for the franchise in 2011 against the Rebels in Melbourne.

He went on to make 55 Super Rugby appearances for the side, scoring 10 points in the process.Faulkner appeared in all 15 of the Western Force's Super Rugby matches and in August 2017 he signed a two-year deal with the Melbourne Rebels. 

The powerful front rower returned to Melbourne after seven years and 70 Super Rugby appearances with the Western Force, including all 15 games of the 2017 season.

The two-Test tighthead made his way back into the Wallaby squad for the 2017 Rugby Championship, having last featured against Ireland in 2014.
